1. Growing up in an environment, selective or differential.

2. The same number of bands, but the pattern of migration is due to the different migration of different DNA fragments by length. Shorter DNA gel higher percentage is appropriate since the DNA content of the weak gel is indicated.

3. Three, if all the pieces are so small, they run the gel.
